Cold capping is no joke but definitely worth it. I saved about 50% of my hair, not enough to not need a wig but enough so regrowth is going quicker. My costs were about $400 a month, plus $60 for dry ice each time, and shipping of the equipment back. I didn't have a consultant to help, but my mom, who was a rock star! :)
